My room was in dire need of upkeep. the shower controls were broken, leftover items from previous guests cluttered the drawers, and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. I felt like I stepped back into the 70s with the outdated décor and furnishings. The steep stairs to the upper floor rooms were a struggle, especially when laden with luggage. it didn’t meet basic expectations for comfort or amenities.
